Role :

 The Board of directors determines the orientations of the Organization and day look after their implementation. Within the limit of its attributions, it is seized of any question interesting the good walk of the Organization and rule, by its deliberations, the businesses which relate to it.  Moreover, it carries out controls and checks which it considers convenient.
