Role

The Executive Secretariat is placed under the authority of the Executive Director.

Competences of the Executive Director

The Executive Director is the senior official and the legal representative of AOCI in all the acts of the civil life. He has in particular quality for:
    • To develop and maintain relations with any organization or anybody which pursues goals similar to those of the organization, in accordance with the orientations fixed by the Board of directors. 
    • To sign the partnership or Cooperation agreements. 
    • To represent the AOCI in court. 

It receives following competences:

    • It is responsible for the management of the Organization in front of the Board of directors to which it returns account and with the directives of which it conforms with regard to the internal and external businesses of the Organization. 
    • It prepares the draft budgets, program and assessment as well as the periodic reports/ratios of activities which it transmits to the Board of directors. 
    • It defines the interns’ organization and works out the project of organization structure chart to subject to the Board of directors. 
    • It recruits, names, revokes and dismiss off the personnel of the Organization, in accordance with the conditions defined by the personnel regulations.
