- Information system development of information (collection, analyses, treatment, circulation and diffusion of information) on the geo-economics evolutions and strategic, macroeconomic policies, monetary tax and commercial, regulation of the investments, information on regional and international markets etc;
- Diffusion of economic and strategic information;
- Economic and sector- based lookout. (Availability of the companies of the data carriers, methodological guide, tool of methodological guide, the syntheses and sector analyses… etc.)
- The installation of mechanisms of follow-up of the public policies: impact studies, observatories
- The installation of devices of influence near the decision makers; participation in the equal authorities, advocacy campaigns, networks of exchanges, media relations …;
- The organization of opinion campaigns near the decision makers (States, companies, authorities local....), of the civil company and general public;

- To collect information, to carry out syntheses and to diffuse them;
- To carry out specific surveys, studies and research;
- To animate debates in Senegal and everywhere in Africa;
- To analyze the contents of the public policies of the economic matter States.
- To know the existing devices of dialogue between the economic States and actors: operation, members, minutes of meeting, diaries… and to carry out annual notes of assessment on the operation of these devices and the desired improvements;
- To position on these policies, the desired evolutions and the claims to be made in this direction with the authorities;
- To document card-synthesis on the public programs, the projects of the governments and the private companies;
- To carry out surveys of ground into the results obtained;

Advice and assistance for the private companies concentrate on the following fields:
- Evaluation of the total situation of a country and prospects for new investments.
- Preparation of briefs memoranda for the discussions for the national authorities to measures necessary to the improvement of the environment of the businesses and the reinforcement of confidence.
