The AOCI will inform the economic, territorial actors and the political decision makers of the potentially dangerous risks of the emergent phenomena whose realization would have serious consequences or would cause a durable sacrifice.

AOCI is a program which promotes militant engagement for an economic and social change. More than one simple program of promotion of competitive intelligence and Capacities building, AOCI is a program of mobilization of all the actors of the development. Economic security, the economic growth and the fight against poverty are a business of all.
An engagement citizen
The AOCI is not an alternative, even less one substitute, to the State. It is a space dialogue, spaces expression, of confrontation and alliance of ideas, interests and various actors (beneficiaries, trade unions, NGO of development, governments, civil society etc). Of this space, emerge ideas and counter powers able to weigh on the definition of the public policies but also to support the transformation of the companies and the public institutions to the rooting of the culture of information, to support the efforts of the governments in the installation of the policies supporting the competitiveness of the companies and the economic growth, reduction of poverty in Africa.
